The happenstance of wandering into a little chocolate shop in a nice part of Paris is the reason Red Leaf Tea exists. Amongst the chocolates, nougats and macaroons was a small selection of teas in beautiful blue tins. It was one of those teas in particular that sparked a desire that ultimately lead to our starting our own tea business, a beautifully fragrant black tea infused with rhubarb and strawberry flavours. Sadly that store is now gone but after many years of trying we have finally managed to recreate that tea so we can finally share with all of you a little taste of something that means so much to us.
